Today is for you.
Step 1: Pause to Acknowledge
 Begin with honesty. Which could be asking a lot. 
 Sit quietly — no distractions, no demands — and ask yourself:
 What am I carrying today?
 Not to fix it, but to be with it.
 Emotional intelligence starts here: in the space between noticing and reacting.
 Let your breath be your anchor, and your awareness, your guide.
Step 2: Create a Container for Compassion
 This day is sacred. Treat it with reverence and respect.
 Turn your phone off. Light a candle. Make tea - remember tea? Not espresso. 
 Give yourself the gift of R E L A X I N G — reading, meditating, stretching, or simply resting.
 This is not about doing nothing. It’s about doing everything with intention and love for you and your experience. 
Step 3: Reconnect to Your Inner Voice
 When your body is calm and your mind is clear, listen.
 Write. Breathe. Ask:
 What do I need today?
 Let your answers come to you — not from pressure, but from presence.
 Trust that your wisdom knows the way.
Today is for your. You could change directions today, simply by making tuning in with yourself a top priority.
